Taking Care of Your Hair
Not everyone is born with beautiful, soft and shiny hair. Even thou you are not born with this you can still make your hair look at its very best. Especially for women because they say that the hair is their crowning glory. Whatever types your hair is, if it is long or short, dark or light it should always be smooth, shiny and silky because with this one can say that your hair is healthy and attractive. And with proper care of your hair this can result in healthier and shinier hair. If your hair is dry, dull and frizzy or brittle it means that your hair is unattractive and unhealthy. In order to have a healthier and shinier hair you should choose your shampoo that is use for your specific hair type. To improve the shine of your hair you should brush your hair because with brushing it can distribute evenly the oils from the scalp all over the hair shaft. But if your hair is wet to not brush it because hair is much weaker if wet than it is dry. It will break very easily if the hair is not brushed properly. Do not rub your hair between the towels to dry your hair because this can cause breakage for your hair. Before you comb your hair you should at least put or spray a leave-in conditioner on the hair so that it can help restore or bring back the shine of your hair and also help remove tangles. And also it is much better to air dry your hair than use blower because it can cause the end of your hair to dry, brittle. If you try to apply this simple ways on taking care of your hair to be healthy you will notice an improvement with your hair within a month depending on how damaged your hair.
